Happy New Year, Northdale!
We are pleased to announce that our new website is live at www.ndsdwater.com. We have put up the 2024 meeting minutes and will be continuing to post prior years. Those can be found under the “meeting minutes” tab on the home page. Any notices that are mailed out or alerts will be posted under the “service notices” tab or the most recent will be at the bottom of the home page. We are working on a calendar that will have dates the office is closed, known dates for repairs within the system, and potentially include community events on that as well. We will be updating the website on a regular basis and will work on getting information from past years on there.
We have heard that there have been some issues with residents not receiving all the public notices sent in the mail. We would like to assure you that all public mailings are sent to all the residents. If you find out your neighbors have received notices from the District and you have not, please contact the office and we can print a copy for you to come and pick them up. These notices will also be posted on the website.
We would also like to remind you that even if you do not want to pay your bill online, you can still sign up for your online account. Doing so gives you faster access to your monthly bill, as it is posted online the day it is created, and you can check your balance at any time. If you do not receive your paper statement by the time the board meeting rolls around, please either log in online to view your bill or stop by the office to have us print you a new one, as you should have received your bill by that date.
We are also working on creating a platform to send out emergency notices to alert you of any unplanned repairs that we would need to shut the water off. If your email or phone number has changed within the last year, or you want to ensure we have your current information, please contact the office to update that.
