Dear Northdale Sanitary District,
At the April 8, 2025 board meeting of the Northdale Sanitary District, a motion was made and approved to increase the sewer rates by $10.50. This will be done in increments, with the first increase reflecting on the bill due on May 15, 2025. This first increase is $5.50. The board did not come to this decision lightly, however with the increases from Rapid City, at our current rate with them, our rates were just not sustainable for the District.
The District has a new office location. The billing services have merged with ATC Business Accounting and Bookkeeping, who has been the new accountant for the District since January and is handling the financial audit that is needed for the grants we are applying for the Re-Route Project. Joanna will still be handling the monthly billing and will still be answering the phone and answering any questions you have.
The office is located at 3615 Canyon Lake Dr, Ste 2, in Rapid City. The phone number and email address for the District are remaining the same: 605-877-5208 and info@ndsdwater.com. You may also stop by the office if you have questions or want to make a payment in person. The drop box and PO Box are still valid locations to make your payment. The office hours are 8AM-5PM Monday through Thursday and 8AM-12PM on Friday.
